1. To review all the accounts under the open items if it is already available for release.

2. Review each account accordingly against its credit line amount if it is $50, 000 and below.

3. If credit line is $50, 000 below make sure that the accounts are current and within the credit limit.

4. All credit lines that are $50, 000 below which is current and within the credit line will be released immediately and hold those which are not.

5. This should be done every 15 minutes in every operation cycle for every shift.

6. Prepare weekly & monthly report which includes risk management and plan budget proposal for the all the accts. Which have been released or hold and the past dues of each acct for collection group to handle.

As a Letter Credit Officer

1. As a Credit Analyst it is a built-in function to handle other additional security documents besides Chattel Mortgages for Auto Loans, Real Estate Mortgages for Commercial and Housing Loans and Promissory Notes for Personal Loans which is a must for all applicants.

2. For those loan applicants or credit line applicants who fails to qualified for the credit line or the loan amount they may do so, if they still want to avail our services by offering letters of credit as a form of security in case they fail to comply with necessary conditions of the company. ACS Credit Dept. and Any Front CSR may offer them the standard Letter of Credit form. However other forms may also be accepted as stipulated or have been approved by the legal dept.

3. Those who want to avail for car loans or any floor stocks line a Deed of Assignment is needed as the form of letter of credit. Those wants to avail for a real estate loan or any housing loan as Memorandum Agreement is needed. Anyone who wants to Avail Credit Lines or Personal loans but did not qualified may issue a letter of Credit inform of as Performance letter where in ACS as the lender can watch and rates the Clients performances and guides them to for future corporate and business relationships.

4. I must see to it that all Letters of Credit especially those that are stipulated have been reviewed and approved by the legal dept.

5. I must see to it that all letters of Credit were duly signed by the client / clients and at least 2 higher Credit Analyst which include the head of the Credit Dept. prior to the Higher Corporate officers

6. All letters of credit must be reviewed monthly to see to it if it active and ongoing. Those that expired is subject for renewal if the Credit Dept. so other will be sent to Legal Dept. for other options such as discontinuity of the corporate relationship, Hard Core Collection and worst of all Litigation and Foreclosure.

7. All Letters of Credit will stay in the Security Dept. with the same period as the Major Documents (such as Chattel Mortgage, Performance Letter, Promissory Notes, Real Estate Mortgages, etc.) otherwise will be automatically renewed by the Operation Dept. or the Account Management Division.
