-Ensure Western Union in & out transfers as FLA.
-Obtain required amount of cash at the beginning of each day, maintain cash within permissible limits and perform all prescribed routines to operate the teller system effectively.
-Provide prompt, error-free and courteous service to customers for all basic counter services such as processing request for demand drafts, remittances, foreign currency, TCs etc. which are within the purview of teller’s duties.
- Settlement, carry out end of day processes like printing transaction lists, preparing tellers tally sheets and balancing the cash box, system closure etc. as per procedure and in timely manner.
-Display keenness and initiative to take up additional and related tasks for self-development maintain a professional & pleasant attitude towards customers to reinforce the Bank’s customer oriented approach.
-Seek to cross-sell other products/services, with strong focus on new product launches, assist other staff members as required.
