Responsibilities :
 Attending technical meetings and resolving technical and managerial matters to expedite projects’ milestones expectations.
 Creating innovative modular designs and sketches to match specific client and structure requirements.
 Correlating with Consultants, Clients, sub‐consultants and sub‐contractors to ensure a smooth design process which leads to error‐free results and satisfaction of execution works in factory and on site.
 Contract reviewing and incorporating of terms based on technical requirements (BOQ, Specs, MOU, ….) and advising accordingly to top management.
 Planning and preparing design forecast schedules of action and company revenue for concrete volumes
 Following‐up with tenders and required drawings and documents.
 Coordinating Specifications and following up pending or unclear issues that would hinder approvals.
 Collaborating & coordinating work from various departments into the project programme and deadlines.
 Coming up with innovative design proposals, adequate to client necessities along with value‐engineering solutions which lead to increased company profit especially in lump sum type of projects.
 Following up RFIs & minutes. Updating parties with requirements & overall project progress, then incorporating all needed information into the design department hierarchy of drafting and engineering.
 Incorporating architectural, structural and MEP works within our designs whilst ensuring cost is highlightedand raised efficiently for finance and cost‐control’s attention.
