Analyze the projects specifications and come up with a proposed design and
discuss with the team about the feasiblity of proposal.
Prepares the design proposal considering the installation and fabrication
process.
Preparing technical submittals with documents such as:
Shop drawings
Compliance statement in accordance to specifications.
Meeting with the design consultant to discuss about the requirement and
advise how their concept will be feasible.
If necessary for presentation, simulation of the product will be made to
properly visualize our proposal to the client with a use animation and renderings
softwares.
Prepares estimation and bill of quantities.
Upon acceptance of the costing and technicalities, fabrication drawings will be
submitted to production. Series of codings are made to ensure that the profile
can be identified during the installation.
Ensures that the material delivered are all complete and provides assistance
to the contractors about the installation.
Analyze the given information based on the project specifications.
Study the design projects and determine the detailed specifications of the

Utilize drafting resources to create a more creative design.
Preparing 3 dimensional drawings for simulation to ensure that the sub-parts
of the product are functional.
Works closely with the engineers & designers to ensure that drawings convey
the correct information.
Produce fit-out shop drawings, construction plans, joinery details for production
purposes.
Preparing production drawings with BOQ as per the project materials needed.
Provides technical support for the contractors/clients about the product such
as method of statement and site supervision.
Plan, design and develop new and existing products that are in demand in the
market.
Making and updating product catalogue designs to showcase the product
range of the company.
Performs related duties as required.
Study and discuss design projects with engineers and determined the detailed
specifications of the model.

Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural, structural & MEP
designs, visiting job sites to compile all necessary design requirements.
Prepare detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based
on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification
sheets and other data.
Layout and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using
computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other
technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural
designs.
Produce shop drawings from the design information, as per specification and
in accordance with good industry practice.
Work under the supervision of the Design Engineer and assist in document
controlling works.
