Plan schedule and coordinate work groups on the job site and supervise field operations
Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision perform quantity calculations by taking measurements and determining percentage of completed/installed materials

Experience with power and control cables glanding and termination on electrical panels. junction boxes electric motors, and Experience in fabricating and modifying cable trays, and cable tray supports as per the routing layout drawings.
Performs inspections of drilling, transportation, and production facilities in order to determine compliance with Commission rules pertaining to environmental protection management. Responds to and investigate threats to public safety resulting from good blowouts and other hazards.
Inspection and testing and certification of electrical installations and equipment underpin electrical safety in all situations, in the workplace. Inspector Scheme covers the production of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) in domestic, commercial, and industrial buildings
Mechanical Completion Certificates and Pre-commissioning records Supervise testing and commissioning process and review as-built drawings of executed installations.
Maintain and repair Surface Wellhead equipment. Provide technical support, assist customers, and troubleshoot issues. Create service reports, review reported malfunctions, and liaise with Engineering for problem-solving
Construction Engineer- Electrical & Instrument & Control, take responsibility for managing and delivering designated projects in their entirety to the required specification, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of electrical instrumentation systems, for a significant number of varied on-time and within budget in onshore environments processes, and procedures with a keen eye for equipment design and process improvements. Minimum 14 years of practical experience in oil and gas Plan and manage resources to meet maintenance. Hands-on leader with expertise, understanding, and up-to-date knowledge of the relevant industry and machinery standards, applicable legislation, regulations, and international best practices.
Field surveying and work layout support including elevation, control points, and compilation of as-built data and assist in compiling, processing, and confirming daily labor timesheets
Preparation of job hazard analysis (JHA's)-and complete a plan and specification review for an assigned project, assessing the risk areas and bringing them to the attention of the Senior Estimator

Monitoring the quality of specialized cable or other structures designed to conduct electromagnetic waves in a contained manner.
Checks and signs all produced documents (internal or subcontracted) like design reports, technical specifications, and drawings, and prepare basic engineering drawings, SLDs, interconnection drawings, load lists, earthing layouts, lighting layouts, cable sizing, distribution & cable schedule
Forecast and manage the demand and initiate supplies related to electrical spare parts. Monitoring quality systems including Quality Control Procedures and Plans
Work System for Isolation and switching programs on LV and MV distribution systems
Ensure that the engineering, installation & commissioning scope is carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with the Scope of Work, approved Engineering Standards, and Project Specifications
Installing and maintaining silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) unit, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) equipment
Maintaining an inventory of electrical spare equipment, housed at the rigs or in the shop
Testing circuit connections using electrical test equipment and installing and repairing lighting systems
Repairing electrical equipment such as panel lighting, circuit breakers, junction boxes, voltage regulators and reverse current relays
Participating in ongoing training and company safety programs for new equipment and technologies as it becomes necessary including days off training
Complete with entering data into the job cost system and participate in reviewing cost reports with jobsite management
work in generating change orders and as-built data to be reviewed by the project manager Provide field support and supervise subcontractor operations
Complete a plan and specification review for an assigned project, assessing the risk areas and bringing them to the attention of the Senior Estimator
Complete material and quantity takeoffs according to bid documents
Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects. Prepare specifications for the purchase of materials and equipment. Supervise and train project team members as necessary. Investigate and test vendors' and competitors' products.
