The Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club provides first class facilities for golf, rifle and pistol shooting & also accompanied by sister companies (Al Nawras Hospitality Services, Tamween Catering Services & Grab & Go Restaurants) It is also complimented by the Sensi Restaurant, a fully equipped gymnasium, hair salon, swimming pool, Paintball Park, tennis and basketball courts
• Verifying all LPO with GRN whether it is appropriate with price mentioned in the LPO by the undersigned
• Providing Recipe costing of all Grab n go outlets, Tamween Catering Services, Sensi & Flavours of Asia Restaurants
• Preparing Monthly reports of Main Stores as well as related to all inventories
• Physical Stock taking on Monthly Basis & Preparing Stock Reports
• Preparing Staff Food Expenses of Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club, Grab n go outlets, Tamween Catering Services, Sensi & Flavour of Asia Restaurants
• Internal Issues and Transfers of all Items
• Conducting spot checks at all Point of Sales on Stock and Cash on regular basis
• Used MOMENTOS software for Inventory, Accounts & Costing Solution

Flight Catering services for Sharjah Airport
♦ Prepared entire airlines menu as per their weight and specification and take photographs
♦ Costing of all raw food materials, prepared food and beverages
