Key Accountabilities
* Tracking sales progress and market developments. Promoting sales through different market
development strategies
* Preparing the sales documents starting from Price Quotation, finance co documentation, credit
proposals, Delivery notes, Filing of ISO documents, Invoices etc
* Conducting field sales visits and updating the database of customers.
* Providing technical solutions that will helps customer to solve the problem involved in there,
machinery so as to minimize the coast of maintenance.
* Handling the customer queries and developing new customer base.
* A good grasp on the maintenance for heavy machinery which includes Excavators(Wheeled
and Track), Dozers, Dump Trucks, Wheel Loaders, Rollers, Motor Graders and Backhoe
Loaders.
* Extensive knowledge in CAT, KOMATSU, JCB Heavy machinery engine parts maintenance as
well as rebuilt procedures.
* A very good understanding of machinery hydraulic parts and Its Periodic as well as Break
down maintenance which includes maintenance for Hydraulic motors, pumps, control valves
and hydraulic cylinders.
* Products support and Knowledge in using Service Information System(SIS) for
CAT, KOMATSU, JCB and HYUNDAI Heavy machinery.(Service Manual)

• Analysing the market trend in a particular Cluster through RTO data’s and also by collecting customer database in and around the Clusters.
• Based on the result of the analysis, the planning of various field activities (Generation & Conversion of prospects) according to the market potential and market share will be done after discussing with the dealers and owners
• Coordinating with dealers and sales persons and conducting field activities as per the plan
• Generate, Manage & Convert Prospects through field activities

• Maintaining the appropriate temperature in coking chamber and heating chamber.
• Maintaining the flow of raw coke oven gas in GCM & SUCTION LINE to the By-product department.
• Operation and maintenance of winch system.
• Regulation work of pressure of heating chamber & waste heat box.
• DCS operations.
• Responsibility of solving problems in batteries due to mechanical maintenance.
• Having knowledge about flow diagram of Air fuel supply & Pre-heater system in battery cellar.
