-Review and approve monthly, quarterly and year-end consolidating financial statements and management reporting including result commentaries.

Prepared payments of vendors and/or contractors in accordance with UN financial rules and regulations in SunSystem.
Raised Miscellaneous Obligation Documents (MODs) for cost centers managers and identified the right account to be used.
Prepared & maintained electronic & manual databases for special projects such as Quick Impact Projects (QIPs).
Reconciled QIPs payments between the database & SunSystem on weekly basis.
Prepared petty cash replenishment entries.
Created electronic forms to assist colleagues & supervisors in generating effective & efficient reports of VAT report, Direct Expenditures & digital fax register etc.
Followed-up purchase orders, budgeted amounts on Mercury System and reconciled it to Sun System
