• Carrying out refuelling of all aircrafts safely and timely following all procedures laid down in Chevron Texaco Aviation Fuelling Operations Manual and Aviation Quality Control Manuals
• Extensively use the Fuel Handling System (FHS) and / or anti-static radio device for proper communication
• Monitoring Universal Flight Information System (UFIS) constantly to account for unscheduled flights and changes in aircraft arrival times and positioning
• Regularly verifying with supervisor, airline ground operations crew for updated Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of unscheduled & delayed aircraft, change in aircraft or stand number to ensure timely fuelling
• Maintains excellent customer relation to portray a positive image of EPPCO AVIATION in the industry and airline community
• Ensure all specified quality checks on refuelling bowsers and tankers such as conductivity check, water checks, shift checks, including assistance to maintenance are carried out
• Recording all operational communication in log book accurately
• Recording maintenance complaints in the log book
• Defueling of aircraft using ER8 tanker, verify with the AIRCRAFT ENGINEER that previous 3 fuelling of aircraft is done with JET A1 only, sample check and should be bright & clear, NIL water & NIL sediments, temperature & density check before commencing defueling of aircraft
• Operates the fuelling panel for UPS aircrafts MD11, Boeing 747, Boeing 767 and Boeing 738. Prepare Fuel Worksheet Plan & Fuel Order Authorization
• Accurately convert Pounds, US gallons to litres and vice versa to determine the exact litres required
• Attend to unscheduled CASH transaction flights
• Responsible for the achievement of budgeted target thru sales & profit generation, cash inventory and expense control
• Trains new cahiers and fuel pump attendants
• Prepare monthly wet stock reconciliation ( Special 95, Super 98 & Diesel )
• Make daily projections & order fuel to avoid fuel dry out and maintain correct ullage to avoid overflow during delivery
• Receive daily cash sales and prepare cash for deposit / collection
• Compile daily site financial report
• Prepare and place stock orders of convenience store and supervising delivery
• Maintain site correspondence and communication log book
• Develop and maintain staff roaster and time sheets
• Ensure that set guidelines and promotional programs are implemented in timely and orderly fashion
• Analyze monthly profit and sales reports
• Produce action plans to address any area of financial performance which requires improvement
• Maintain site staff personnel file professionally
• Daily encoding and posting of delivery receipts
• Responsible for handling all customer complaints in professional, courteous and timely manner
• Assigned as assistant training manager
• Conducts training for newly hired staff
• prepares monthly training plan for each staff
• Analyze staff performance for possible promotion
• Compiling of daily store financial reports
• Analyze daily and monthly profit & sales reports
• Posting daily work schedule to meet manpower requirement for each shift
• Doing cash reconciliation of daily sales
• Responsible of closing the Day in the back office system
• Placing orders of stock and ensure product availability
• Daily encoding and posting of delivery receipts
• Monitor the whole shift to assure store profitability
• Conduct daily, monthly and year-end inventory
• Supervise staff performance to deliver excellent customer service in fast and friendly manner
