• Manage investigations related to theft, malpractice or other incidents caused by staff, management or third parties and report findings to line and functional management
• Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of Loss Prevention processes which include shrinkage control, cycle count analysis, action plans design per store.
• Conduct investigations after accident occurrence and handle related reporting and corrective follow up.
• Develop specifications and make recommendations for the purchase of new or improved safety systems and equipment for the current shops and for the new shops opening.

• Conduct daily weekly, monthly and random store audits including safety inspections, as well as communicate Loss Prevention and security reports/results to Management.
• Analyze departmental accident frequency and severity rates, and prepare periodic status reports and cost analysis on Loss Prevention programs.
• Verify the correction of unsafe conditions and monitor disciplinary actions which result from safety programs.
• Perform spot checks on stores to monitor schedules and evaluate potential risks during nonconventional working hours such as weekends, evenings, before opening, after closing, during stock counts and other.
• Consult HR and other concerned departments in order to take appropriate legal measures.
• Coordinate Loss Prevention related trainings for Store Managers, Cashiers and Sales Associates, and conduct a variety of training classes.
• Monitor video cameras (CCTV), alarm systems, access control, and other key/sensitive areas in the shop.
• Ensure the abidance of Security Guards by the company’s attendance and grooming standards, as well as address discrepancies in coordination with concerned parties.

• Preparation of professional fashion retail inventory reports through Oracle based JD Edwards Enterprises ERP system.
• Calculate cost percentages and margins of routine purchase orders of brands for the confirmation of marginal level agreed with suppliers and forward to finance department.

• Process the change of season and price changes through the JDE system, export the related file to the shops POS, and calculate the Credit Notes Value.
• Ensures a proper implementation of the policies and procedures to control losses and decrease the percentage of shrinkage.
• Implements and conducts training programs for the implementation of any new system or application.
• Corresponding with brands suppliers for the different inquires related to change of season and change of retail prices and "albarans" differences of received shipments in order to resolve the issues.
• Use of professional excel and database applications to streamline the inventory reports workout.
• Provide shops, brand managers and regional inventory with requested reports.
• Follow up with imported PO, and update receiving of the shipments on daily basis.
• Update sales into inventory data.
• Follow up and validate transfers between stores.
• Update and validate damage transfers and "Devolution" Transfers between countries into JDE.
• Update uniforms transactions delivered to the stores employees.
• Attending Inventory/Cycle counts in the shops.
