Responsible for all transactions related to operation and maintenance especially when the manager is not around. Organize meetings, update calendar, conduct an internal audit, review procedures, workflow, policies, KPI, dashboard, and other office administration jobs.
Handles store inventory, internal/external billing, and PR creation thru ERP.

Insure that all equipment are in good condition prior to mobilization. Keep records of company asset e.g vehicle and equipment and all maintenance job and cost. Create purchase requisition of all spare parts and stocks in the workshop. Keep track of inventory.
Coordinate in various projects and insure that all requirements are provided based on the schedule. Gather, review and encode all employee timesheet in order to process payroll. Scaffolding materials tracking and billing.
Insure that all personnel understood the safety of there work and the environment. Conduct safety tool box before starting the shift. Provide report to supervisor for any hazards that may affect the employees and production. Submit JSA before starting any Job.
Assemble electro pneumatic machines in different models and function. Provide modification if needed. Assemble control box and create program thru PLC in order to run the machine.
