-Managing all aspects of the Livelihoods programme and coordinating with partners to plan, mobilize and support the successful delivery of the projects. This includes guiding, and overseeing the monitoring, evaluation and reporting process and using the lessons to improve learning and programming.
-Ensuring that programme targets are reached in accordance with agreed programme objectives and as per contracts with donors and in line with the overall programme.
-Ensuring that all resources (technical, financial, HR) are in place to implement the different projects of the Livelihoods programme in accordance with the work plans and realistic timeframes and milestones agreed with contractor and donors.
-Establishing and monitoring policies that help meeting required return and risk management goals.
-Liaising & collaborating with external financial institutions targeting economic promotion & development.
-Finalizing due diligence on major acquisitions & assisting in valuation of investment opportunities.
-Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors.
-Risk reporting in an appropriate way to the board of directors & concerned business heads.
-Actively supporting employee growth through training, performance reviews, mentoring and coaching.
-Communicating with clients requiring specific financing needs & assisting in structuring of the financing. review legal documents.
-Undertake risk assessment analysis of various types of lending proposals and propose business decisions.
-Analyze the market trends, make recommendations to reduce and/control risk & evaluate sources of action.
-Review & analysis of financials, account activity, project financings, review legal documents.
