• Communicating with other airline partners about increasing the partnership.
• Assisting the team to seek commercial partners to enhance strategic growth as well as improving the market access.
• In the interline department, handling the agreements between MEA and other carriers
• Transfer the potential beneficiaries cases to the relevant person/team for assessment;
• Establish a good network with the actors in the area of intervention in order to have an efficient referral pathway
• Refer relevant cases to appropriate person/NGO for support if direct solution is not possible according to SIF process;
• Follow-up pending cases to ensure feedback and closure of cases within 30 days;
• Provide information and support to Syrian children refugees and their families referred from SIF team or from third organizations.
• Conduct partner visits and mapping of the actors in the area of intervention.

• Provide programmatic support to Program Coordinators in preparing and implementing the capacity building and networking events i.e. draft agenda, maintain communication with Syrian civil society organization (CSO’s), liaison with the service providers on thematic issues, translate relevant documents
• Support Program Coordinators in all aspects of the project activity cycle for the selected CSOs.
• Conduct relevant researches and assessments under the guidelines of Program Coordinators to address the civil society issues in a particular region and/or a specific group of CSOs.
• Maintain daily communication with other program staff to coordinate activities, exchange information, identify partners, and monitor projects.
• Ensure effective implementation of the assigned work plan components throughout the life of the Project, and ensure that the Project objectives and indicators are carried out according to the requirements.
• Traveling to Turkey to train the CSO’S on different topics in 10 days’ capacity building
• Develop a few monitoring and evaluation tools to ensure quality tracking of project outputs and outcomes, including tools to assess impact of activities and beneficiary satisfaction.
• Develop and adapt few quantitative and qualitative reports tools and provide support to Field Officer
• Conduct regular field visits to different stakeholders for monitoring and follow-up
• Provide regular updates and analysis of data to Project Manager to assess progress and suggest adaptations of the project
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and utilization of information.
• Ensure the feedback complaints received from the field offices; ensure information submitted by the beneficiaries.
• Frequent travel to field offices to collect the feedback complaints and report issues of concern to the supervisor.
• Doing trainings related to Code of Conduct/Humanitarian Accountability Partnership/Feedback mechanism
• Organize focus group discussions with beneficiaries to outline feed-back mechanisms and incorporate responses into revisions of the mechanisms
• Ensure hard copies of the questionnaire forms are archived to allow for data verification at a later point
