• Securing new business from existing and new customers keeping good business relationship.
• Evaluating, preparing bill of quantity and quotations, material submittals for the projects.
• Controlling procurement activities for the projects while ensuring competiveness, quality and reliability of supply.
• Maintaining the sub-contractors by following-up work status, and make sure project specifications and standards are maintained.
• Stays up-to-date and follows-up on payment collection by generating progress invoices.
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling on-site electrical works.
• Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of electrical accessories, equipment, fittings and works implemented meets the specification and consultant requirements.
• Coordinating with other disciplines including civil, plumbing and mechanical team during construction phase, to avoid clashes in design, to ensure continuity of works and to remove ambiguities.
• Coordinating with design team to rectify problems and assist them in generating revised drawings, and as built drawings.
• Documentation, preparing daily reports of work status.
• Operations and maintenance of EHV, HV & LV equipments like power transformers, SF6 Circuit breakers, Vacuum Circuit breakers, isolators & panel board operations.
• Preparation of permit works at the time of maintenance and shutdown works.
• Preparation of SOC for the feeders.
• Noting down the timely readings for 110KV, 11KV feeders; finding the maximum, minimum peak voltage and preparing reports based on that.
• In charge for overseeing on-site electrical works.
• Execution and inspection of day to day activities.
• Preparing Field inspection requests, material approvals and other related documents.
• Documentation, preparing daily reports of work status.
