Job Description
To provide the daily supervision and control to achieve a high standard of sanitation and maintenance to ensure that the accommodation provide a bright and cheerful place to live.
Devise a cleaning plan for the Staff Housing Compound and ensure its daily completion
Communicate any problems or concerns with the Director of Human Resources
Request all necessary cleaning supplies from the Purchasing and ensure correct tracking
Enforce and uphold the rules and regulations of the Staff Housing
Maximize awareness of safety and security amongst the Associates in the Staff Housing
Inspect on a daily basis the cleanliness of the building and surrounding areas
Keep a control over Recreation areas and items within the Staff Housing Recreation Centre
Ensure a good working condition for all the equipment throughout the Staff Housing
Ensure that checklist of all the Fire and Safety Equipment are done
Initiate and actively get involved in all Associate social and Sports Activities
To ensure that each and every job is done to a high standard that all work schedule is done in a timely manner
To ensure to maintain high level of hospitality and associate concern
To maintain high level of first impression arrivals for the new hires
Coordinate and approve all room transfer requests and submit to the Director of Human Resources for approval
To conduct daily inspection of rooms and public areas
To work closely with the Security to check daily log book
Assist the Director of Human Resources to all problems related concern of the associates
Perform any duties and responsibilities assigned by the Housing Manager.
Maintenance of the building and Fixed assets
Take care of inventory, stock issue, Furniture and Fixtures, Utilities
Monthly report of Accommodation update and inventory, stock issues
