Job Description

To provide the daily supervision and control to achieve a high standard of sanitation and maintenance to ensure that the accommodation provide a bright and cheerful place to live.

 Devise a cleaning plan for the Staff Housing Compound and ensure its daily completion
 Communicate any problems or concerns with the Director of Human Resources
 Request all necessary cleaning supplies from the Purchasing and ensure correct tracking
 Enforce and uphold the rules and regulations of the Staff Housing
 Maximize awareness of safety and security amongst the Associates in the Staff Housing
 Inspect on a daily basis the cleanliness of the building and surrounding areas
 Keep a control over Recreation areas and items within the Staff Housing Recreation Centre
 Ensure a good working condition for all the equipment throughout the Staff Housing
 Ensure that checklist of all the Fire and Safety Equipment are done
 Initiate and actively get involved in all Associate social and Sports Activities
 To ensure that each and every job is done to a high standard that all work schedule is done in a timely manner
 To ensure to maintain high level of hospitality and associate concern
 To maintain high level of first impression arrivals for the new hires
 Coordinate and approve all room transfer requests and submit to the Director of Human Resources for approval
 To conduct daily inspection of rooms and public areas
 To work closely with the Security to check daily log book
 Assist the Director of Human Resources to all problems related concern of the associates
 Perform any duties and responsibilities assigned by the Housing Manager.
