i report to the CEO, and worked as personal assistant too, doing the CEO office work and arranging board meeting and presentation, supervise team work, and assist the GM, answering phone calls and emails, and schedule meetings, attend operation meeting and board meetings, plus write the meeting minutes, , meet with visitors, and i did a media plan with a fallow manager. write official letters to the government and worked with SIDF.

I worked a t Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University for ( 10 months) as a call center agent and i participated in other departments like :
• Admission department I registered students to the university and guide them and their parents how to registrar by phone or face to face.
• I solve parents and student’s issues at the university with the health care department, or the dean and the director of student affairs,
• I supported the director secretary.
• I have written official letters to the Ministry of Education.
• I translated some medical reports and letters.
• Campus life department I use to make surveys to improve the university.
Finally, Enrollment department I want with the manger to schools to do presentation and collect surveys.
