• Execution of Personal Banking’ Annual Budget on segment, branch and product level for both Conventional and Islamic divisions in line with bank’ growth objectives.
• Work along with the senior management in business/ sales forecasting, planning, budgeting and managing quantitative analysis for various projects.
• Coordinate and manage retail finance communication and process with all departments including Sales, Operations, Credit Risk and Group Finance.
• Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to maintain records of financial activities and examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy and conformance with bank's policies and procedures and regulations.
• Analyze and provide reports on financial and non-financial data such as trend analysis and projections for better utilization of the resources of the bank to understand business objectives on an ongoing basis.
• Manage various monthly / quarterly MIS packs & ratio analysis on Product / segment level, which includes yield & contribution analysis, NIM analysis and efficiency ratios analysis to evaluate the overall financial situation of the consumer segments.
• Analyze the various portfolios to identify the NPLs, Asset classifications, industry level exposures for future credit appraisals and lending decisions; along with identifying the risk related assets, delinquency rates on nationality level, region level etc.
• Work with senior management in planning & designing the annual sales incentive scheme and manage the payout on monthly / quarterly basis.
• Analyze data, identify gaps and present improvement plans to ensure seamless processes and enhance sales.
