As responsible for the initiation of the new risk department, my main responsibilities were:
• Developing and implementation of the Policies and Procedures
• Identifying and monitoring the Operational risks, Liquidity Risk, Reputation Risk and Credit Risk
• Credit file assessment and risk scoring after performing the due diligence, financial analysis, governance assessment, loans suitability and evaluating external and internal risks associated to the loan
• Managing the Credit risk and follow-up on all the facilities offered to third parties
• Training employees and spread the risk management culture
• Ensure the continuity of the business and update the BCP regularly
• Manage the incident's reporting process and follow-up on action plans and controls
As Senior Associate at the Transaction Banking group, I was responsible of managing Securitization funds backed by assets from different economic sectors such automobiles, medical equipment, electronics and real estate. The job role includes:
• Asset management, cash collection, bank reconciliation, tax declaration, accounting and preparing the Financial Statements in collaboration with the external auditors
• Follow-up on overdues and manage defaulted loans
• Issuing performance and ageing reports periodically
• liaise with the legal department to start enforcement process against defaulted clients
Teaching Mathematics, Physics and Economy for secondary classes Achieving 100% success rate at Official exams for Three consecutive years
