finance for bank guarantee and insurance documents etc. for the timely submission
* Review the tender/RFQ documents and make sure the company proposal is in line with the
requirement and followed the optimum design
* Preparation of compliance sheet and other tender documents
* Submission of bid before the due date
* Follow up with principles/vendors for technical clarification and commercial negotiation
* Tender and project documentations (system design, drawings, FDS, method of statement,
FAT/SAT procedure, others required by client)
* Assist the project team at site while project execution and commissioning and
troubleshooting
* Assist the procurement team for the technical review and acceptance
* Assist the procurement team for cost optimizing by searching and finding new products and
vendors
* Completed project ranging from 12, 000AED to 1, 200, 000 AED
