Upon on boarding, processes the requirements, 201 file, ID creation and scheduling of the newly
hired employees for the 2 days orientation, making sure it follows the schedule.
Requests the tools of trade for the on boarded employee/s.
Replenishment of recruitment and orientation forms as needed.
Once orientation is done, endorsing the new employees to the requisition department.
Tracking the Personnel Requisition Forms making sure that all has been encoded and posted at
Jobstreet.com.
Monitors the performance of the third-party partners to make sure quality is achieved.
Updating the employee referral dashboard for announcement.
Holds the OJT Program making sure of timely submission of DTR and allowances. Tracking for
their time records.
