 Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department
 Process monthly and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
 Monitor and analyze all accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
 Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
 Coordinate and complete annual audits
 Manage all aspects of the finance function including financial reporting, management analysis, budgeting forecasts, internal control, treasury and cash flow management.
 Provide recommendations to business units on their projects and proposals
 Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions whenever required
 Ensure all accounting deliverables are in compliance and accurate
 Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
 Performing consolidation, financial analysis and budgeting at a group level.
 Review monthly accounts submitted, tax submissions. Liaise with overseas tax agent on queries and filing users’ queries on direct & indirect tax and withholding tax issues

 Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
 Record daily cash transactions in cash and post to concern ledger.
 Maintain debtor and creditor ledger and update the party wise balances.
 Make invoices, cash voucher and bilties along with out/in-ward Gate Passes.
 Manage petty cash and disburse daily wise expenditures.
 Maintain Daily attendance payroll sheet and prepare the salary sheet.
 Handling of Bio-metric machine, adding of new employees.

 Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
 Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures according to the Company’s accounting rules and legal requirements.
 Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
 Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
 Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
 Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
 Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s accounting policies and procedures.
 Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
 Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on the fiscal aspects of program planning, salary recommendations, and other administrative actions.
 Reconciliation of Bank A/c Statement, Creditors & Debtors Ledger with manual ledger as and when required.
 Having skill to prepare the Consolidated Balance sheet, Income Statement and Cash flow statement for Parent and subsidiary entities combined.
 To finalize the Full books of account and make a balance sheet, income statement and cash flow and make a Final Financial Management Report.

 Collected and analyzed data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
 Reported to management about asset utilization, audit results, risk assessment, report process and recommended changes in operations and financial activities.
 To finalize the Full books of account and make a balance sheet, income statement and cash flow.
 Communicate findings and audit status to Senior Audit Manager and CFO.
 Assist the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and test the effectiveness of internal Audit controls.
 Timely follow up of issues due to ensure that they have been action by management, or reported to the Audit Committee.
 Train, supervise and evaluate work of entry-level accountants and clerical personnel.
 Analyze data, define problem areas and draw logical and statistical conclusions.
 To ensure the feasibility of GAAP and IFRS principals in time of preparing the Financial Statements.
