Duties & Responsibilities:
 In-charge of structural design analysis of proposed and current projects;
 Prepare 3D models for presentation using Autodesk Revit (BIM) for various projects;
 Manage a team of technical staff;
 Acting PM @ Lusail project site (Sept. 2015);
 Project site inspection and supervise in updating of project schedules & drawings;

- As Head of the Engineering Services, I’m the overall in-charge of the technical design department and supervise the CAD detailing engineers and draftsmen in the production of all required drawings from basic design through the detailed workshop drawings & fabrication drawings (i.e. Steel)

- Review client's specifications and requirements including conceptual drawings, thereafter design competitive model base on said design through alternative design to give added value.

- Train other staff in their field of expertise (i.e. AR, presentations, structural detailing - e.g. steel & reinforced concrete) using the software mentioned above;

- Attend coordination meetings on-site or within the office;

- Prepare & review bill of quantities, material take-offs, material cost estimates & quotation / tender;

- Perform structural design analysis plus calculations using steel, reinforced concrete, light gauge steel & cold-formed steel, and composite for bridges, towers, multi-storey buildings - commercial & residential, industrial structures, geotechnical & foundation design analysis of structures (e.g. raft, piles, isolated & combined footings, retaining walls, slope stability, etc.), conceptual design & plans (AR layouts & schemes, 3D models & perspective);

- Help and support the company to develop a more competitive, productive and efficient work flow in architectural and structural engineering design for customer’s satisfaction and world class service.

- Prepare School Documents & do Administrative Works;
- Prepare sales reports / sales funnels for submission to principal;
- Regular client visitations;
- Attend client needs & do technical presentations & trainings;
- I'm teaching part time using the following software(s): Primavera SureTrak 3.0, STRAP, Advance Steel Suite, GEO5 & GEO4, AFES, AutoCAD, Revit Architecture & Structure, Autodesk VIZ, & 3D Studio Max.

- Perform structural analysis and design for wind, seismic, transportation loads;
- Design of spread and pile foundations for structures, tank and vessels;
- Design Pipe racks modular and stick build, Flue gas ducts, Support structures, aircraft hanger, retaining walls and plant retrofit design;
- Perform hand calculations & prepare details;
- Review calculations and drawings;
- Prepare plans & specifications;
- Attend project coordination meetings site visits & inspection;
