2- Key responsible for the identification and resolution of hardware and software technical problems and malfunctions related connectivity.
3- Ensures a stable performance level.
4- Act as second level escalation for all field trouble tickets forwarded by NOC department
5- Implementation of special projects such as DSL upgrade plans.
6- Conduct training for technicians’ team regarding network service engineering issues if needed.
7- We applications all of that using many software as Network Analyzer, AWS, ZMS, Tracer and the MRTG
8- Support Microsoft CRM system and users, Customize Reports using various reporting tools and Support automation systems as required
