*Cable pulling of pair signal cable from Field instrument to field JB to marshalling cabinet as per cable schedule drawing.
*In-charge cable glanding, core marking & cable dressing as per termination details drawing.
*Assist to instrument fitter during installation of cable tray as per cable route lay out drawing.
*Installation of field instrument such as pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter & differential pressure transmitter, gauges as per hook-up drawing.
*In-charge loop checking once the field instrument is completely installed as per ILD.
Checking the issue for construction drawing IFC, if updated & latest revision in order to avoid discrepancies during installation, P&ID, hook-up diagram and instrument data sheet.
*Assist calibration technician during calibration of field instrument & reflect to a accepted accuracy in data sheet.
*Verify site location of field instrument once the scope of work and IFC drawing have been issued by Instrument Engineer.
*Calibration & re-ranging of smart transmitter field instrument to reflect instrument data sheet values and ranges.
*Bench calibration of temperature, pressure gauges and indicators.
Loop checking and continuity testing of instrument based on prepared loop drawing packages and schedule.
*Assist Commisioning Engineer during loop commisioning and testing of system & subsystem equipment.
*Inspection of buy-out construction materialsrior to site delivery.
*Monitor and ensure safe working area...

Duties and Responsibilities
Carries out routine jobs such as technical operational maintenance work permit, filling-up log sheets and data entry report, direct reporting to the immediate supervisor, and can build up good teamwork of cooperation with other technician and operator in the company.
Do the routine jobs for preparing Bagging Lines to their required Silo (Polyethylene Natural/Black), and the line up of movable conveyor for the transferring of products to the palletizer in the Packaging downstream. Coordination must be possessed of two partners.
Operates Bagging Lines according to the Work Order came from the Team Leader of the Material Handling Dept.
Operates Palletizer Unit according to the speed of the derive set up of Bagging lines, StrechHooding and chain conveyor.
Operates of HMI panel controllers like pressure and temperature gauges, level switches, transmitters and control valves.
Able to operates and set up Mobile Big Bagging and Belt Thrower Machine Borouge 1&2, ForkLift and other equipment.
Able to set up Mobile Silo Washing Unit in the Borouge 1&2.
Operates dedusting system and other equipments in product handling.
Locate and record list of instruments reading of level, temperature, pressure and flow according to the DCS panel console.
Read and interpret Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID).
Identifying different instrumentation symbols and terminology.
Understand the rationale Plant Safety, Safeguarding Instrument and Product Quality Management.

Process Operator
Duties and Responsibilities
Carries out routine jobs such as technical operational maintenance work permit, filling-up log sheets and data entry report, direct reporting to the immediate supervisor, and can build up good teamwork of cooperation with other technician and operator in the company.
Operates Bagging Machines FFS (fill form seal) Big Bag Machines (Haver & Boecker), Palletizing Machines Hoisting Unit (Beumer), and Varex Blown Film Unit (WindMoller), and other electronic test equipment as multi-tester, calibrator equipment, handheld communicator and digital logic probes.
Disassemble, inspect, clean repairs, calibrate, test and performs periodic maintenance of instrument inside the department area..
Reinstalls, test evaluates and calibrates and maintains instrument upon completion of repairs of sealing bars and resistrons.
Performs work in accordance with the approved equipment for the maintenance and implements safety procedures..
Inspects and evaluates equipment to determine necessary modification and perform complex repair or removal of instrument need for overhaul during schedule of preventive maintenance.
Documents daily record of inspection, operational activity, repairs and other work performed within approved guidelines and procedures.
Communicate with other staff in the Instrument Department and Operation Department if necessary.
