• Handling HR Roles and Responsibilities of Swanberg Kuwait
• Source out candidates, conduct interviews, refer them to trade test, verify all required documents, finalize with General Manager for appointment.
• Coordinate with International agents to source out candidates, organize trade test & process the documents of the selected candidates from Philippines and India.
• Prepare offer letter and job descriptions.
• Verify required documents from local candidates and coordinate with visa department to transfer visas & issue new visa for international candidates.
• Orientation and Induction of the employees.
• Day to day administration, attendance, and sick leave
• Prepare payroll, over time, and final settlement and benefits.
• Dexterously develop leave plan, arrange tickets with travel agents for the vacation employees and newcomers—monitoring of employee overtime daily.
• Formulate retention plans to attract and retain productive, qualified employees.
• Assess proper solutions for employee grievances.
• Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and clerical functions.
• Prepare required administrative memos and documents.
• Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures to support the company’s long-term growth and expansion.
• Spearhead & implement the seamless implementation of systems, processes, & programs regarding recruitment, orientation/assimilation/onboarding, organizational development, talent development, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, learning, and development.
• Ensure a high level of organizational effectiveness through ongoing performance, talent assessments, leadership, and succession planning.

Audit all sorts of procurement files and close them with required documents,
Segregation of files as specified,
Investigating the files for all required documents such as Material Requisition form, Request for Quote, Response for RFQ, Bid Tabulation and Price justification doc., Copy of Purchase Order, Change Order if applicable, Material Received Report, Vendors Invoice, Proof of Payment and other needed docs,
In-putting data in to system, work on SAP, Create Reports, Memo preparation,
Preparation of data in Closeout check lists,
Make sure the files are in accordance with KBR Procurement process,
