Creating map services, providing support to programmers in WebGIS applications, collecting, standardizing, and analyzing spatial data for different Indian cities and preparing maps for town planning officials. About the Project:
Kerala Sustainable Urban Development Project (KSUDP) is an Asian Development Bank (ADB) assisted Project. It includes property base Tax Mapping for KSUDP with the help of GIS, Remote Sensing and GPS technologies in 5 Municipal Corporation of Kerala: Kochi, Kollam, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram and Thrissur. This will provide standard GIS data on the distribution of all properties and attribute details pertaining to them so as to facilitate the authorities to carry out efficient tax administration. It includes Questionnaire Survey, Locating property on satellite map, Geo-referencing, digitizing, geo-linking of property points with non-spatial attributes, complex editing, spatial analysis, overlays, Personal Geo-database management, Data conversion, Topology Building, Projection and other Standard GIS techniques

About the Project:
PRINCE (Panchayat Resource Information Centre) - The purpose of this was Application of High Resolution Remote Sensing and Information Technology for Local Level Planning. Supported for database creation and development of GUI for the use of Local and Self-Government officials. Generation of Natural Resources and Environmental database for Local Level Planning in Kerala using IRS P6 Image for the client Space Application Centre Ahmadabad.
The project aims the integration of land and water resources information in a cadastral base through GIS, GPS and Remote Sensing and developing attributes as well as spatial information base for various levels of local level planning in the urban/rural area planning at cadastral level for thirurangadi and finally to establish Panchayat Resource Information Centers (PRINCE) in four taluk headquarters with the support of panchayat functionaries and elected representatives.
