Audit Operational Responsibilities:
•Assist internal auditors in the areas such as engagement planning and scheduling, drafting engagement letter for sending to clients, preparing audit scope, preparing risk based audit program and test procedures
•Assist internal auditors in the field work by way of conducting walkthroughs, collecting information, contacting clients, and documentation inspection.
•Assist internal auditors in performing audit sample selection and testing, level of approval compliance, etc.
•Perform limited audit field work and documentation inspection under supervision of senior level auditor
•Prepare audit supporting work papers (attestation) and documenting audit work
•Assist Internal Auditors in formatting and finalizing audit reports
•Assist Internal Auditors in updating significant audit observations and follow up tracker
•Assist in generating quarterly audit follow up reports and in conducting recommendations implementation follow up with audit clients
Local Purchase: Sending enquiries to various suppliers, prepare Price Comparative Statement based on received quotations for management’s review and place order for the best/lowest quotation after management’s approval. Make necessary negotiations with suppliers, maintain approved suppliers list, prepare supplier evaluation reports etc. Coordinate with Site Engineers for material requirements for various sites. Make sure the materials are supplied in time with ordered quantity. Cross check supplier’s invoices with LPOs & Delivery Orders before passing to Accounts Department.
Office Administration: Drafting of office Correspondence, arrange meetings/ appointments/travels for Vice President / Operations Manager, handling of petty cash, documentation, typing, attending telephone, keep log for various correspondences and internet operation for various company requirements.
Developed an in-house software (Medicare System) using VB6.0, ASP, SQL Server 2000, Crystal Report, Java Script & VB Script. This project deals with complete automation of Medicare System.
Developed a software for automation of an electroplating company in Bangalore, India, using VB6.0, SQL Server 7.0, Crystal Report.
Developed a web based application which provides a variety of application forms on the net. This application is developed using ASP, SQL Server 7.0, Java Script & VB Script.
Administrate all office activities, control documentation, filing, keep log for incoming and outgoing correspondence on a computerized system, time keeping and operation of fax machine, modem & photocopy machine etc.
PMMS (Project Materials Management Systems). This is a computerized system, which liaises projects with procurement department, stores and engineering department for the entire project material requirements.
