Implement OSHMS as per DoH requirement. Prepare and review OSHMS and monitor the full compliance of system. Assist the top management in Selection & Management of contractors, Conduct the internal audits & inspections and liaison with the external parties for the 3rd party auditing, Environmental testing and training of the staffs.
Internal activities are all but not limited to inspection and auditing of departments, checking the functionality of fire fighting system periodically, prepare training, audit and emergency drill plan and conduct all trainings and audits as per matrix.

AS a part of Administration, implement and maintain the safety culture and awareness among the staff through HSE administration and surveillance activities like, implement and monitor the compliance of HSE plan & policy, schedule and provide induction training and module trainings at work site, Prepare risk assessments and specific safe operation procedures, conduct HSE meetings and prepare MoMs, Prepare and submit HSE reports as per the the HSE Plan, Reporting near misses and accidents and conducting investigation for preventing the reoccurrence.

Part of monitoring the compliance of HSE poilcy at site, preparing and reviewing of documents like Job safety Analysis and Method of statement. conduct Saefty induction training, Module training as per training matrix and conduct daily weekly & daily STARRT(Safety Task Analysis & Risk Reduction Talk). Conduct inspection for vehicles and equipment, implement and Audit the Permit to Work system, maintain the documents of inspections and audits.
Assist management to implement OSHMS in the site. Report near miss and assist the incident/accident investigation.
