Developed HSSE and waste management manuals, SOPs and training materials for
group staff and stakeholders. Rolled out in-house training workshops to senior
management and general staff on HSSE and waste management. Performed
Environmental and Safety Audits, Incident Investigations, Major Accidental Hazard
Management, Air and Ground Water Quality Monitoring. Managed all Airport Waste
Management operations and contractors. Initiated recycling activities and ensured

management in rural and urban environments. Monitored environmental
performances and impact of projects. Leading strategic pursuits including proposal
development, client meetings and stakeholder management. Quality control of key
deliverables and technical oversight of projects and reports. Supporting and
developing new business opportunities and delivering high quality environmental
compliance and/or investigation and remediation consulting services.
Management of mine slimes and mine dumps leachate control (Acid Mine Drainage
- AMD) from mine dumps. Developed and designed rainwater harvesting systems
and emergency water supply systems. Waste water treatment and pollution control.
Conducted water sampling and quality monitoring. Advised mine management on
environmental issues and mentored junior staff.
