The role Project accounting analyst involved handling end to end Order to cash process as below:
Validation of legal documents, Allocation of booking to the project, contracts Administration, Allocation of Bill rate for resources, invoicing customer, resolving invoice discrepancies and issues, Handling credit memo and rebill (CMRB), Recognizing revenue (based on calculated POC) and assisting PM's in project mgt and closure activities.
In addition to the above, performing month end activities such as reporting, re-valuation, De-booking, analyzing UBR/UER and Revenue reconciliation reports.

This role was more into Quality control side of Invoicing. It included Validation of invoices, creation of workflow relationship for invoices so that it triggers for right approval before sending it for customer. Creation of control reports so that none of the financial transactions took place without concerned supervisor’s knowledge.

Booking the Project, validation of legal documents, ilabor/ZAP/AP Transfers, timely booking of Invoices, credit memo rebill(CMRB), revenue recognition, resolving invoice discrepancies.
Assisting Project managers in Project Management and project closure activities such as clearing draft invoices, closing the tasks of the project for charges, clearing open PO’s if any.
Undertaking monthly revenue and invoice adjustment activities such as Unearned revenue and Unbilled revenue
