• Managing end-to-end hiring cycle through the ATS system - SAP SuccessFactors
• Sourcing and headhunting for potential candidates through a variety of platforms including Linkedin Recruiter, Bayt, Networking and Social Media
• Screening resumes and job applications to find the most suitable candidates for various roles
• Utilizing Linkedin Recruiter to reach out to a selection of potential candidates via cold emails
• Conducting initial phone screenings to create shortlists of qualified candidates and assess their suitability
• Forwarding the shortlists of candidates and their resumes to the hiring manager or recruiter for further evaluation
• Arranging interviews and ensuring that they are running smoothly for both parties
• Collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and provide feedback
• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process
• Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future opportunities
• Sustaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborating with the Government Relations team to ensure compliance with Saudization regulations in the ICT sector
• Facilitating the onboarding process by gathering all required documents to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
• Collaborating with the IT team to provide new hires and trainees with technical assistance in setting up their hardware, software, and passwords to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Assisting in creating and editing of company's policies, ensuring alignment with regulations and organizational goals.
• Issuing employee introductory letters, family visa visit applications, degree attestation forms, and salary certificates.
