I work with startup and pre-IPO technology companies to refocus brand identity and communications. I build effective product messaging and sales tools, increasing sales effectiveness and processes. Projects have included developing sales pitches, objection handling scripts, competitive battle-cards and content creation for web and print. - I created two data protection roadmaps that the company adopted as primary sales tools - one for unstructured data and one for semi-structured/structured data. Blacksafe customers rely on these roadmaps to perform gap analysis and planning activities that stress adoption of capabilities in a logical and stepped order. The roadmaps often result in engagements spanning three or more years and entrenching BlackSafe in planning as a preferred supplier and trusted advisor.
- I shifted the brand identity from “Compujaz” to “BlackSafe” and provided the strategic direction efforts with an external art director to creating the BlackSafe brand, including name, logo and all related corporate identity pieces. These efforts produced a highly recognizable brand that is immediately associated with security and trust.
- I created project communications pieces regarding technology roll outs for customers to utilize internally. These efforts realized significant and measurable improvements in customer satisfaction with deployments as the communications proactively onboard business users, deconstruct resistance, and announce minor productivity interruptions that may naturally occur.
