Duties:
* Managing the projects to comply with the schedule, budgets and quality.
* Managing the preparation and approval of documents such shop drawings,
material submittal, quality inspections…
* Managing the construction and Testing and commissioning activities.
* Managing the changes of scope and getting change orders.
* Preparing and updating the project plans.
* Distributing the appropriate manpower for the project.
* Participating in project's meetings.
* Monitoring the subcontractors works regarding the Progress and Quality.
* Reviewing bids for new projects.
Execution of Mechanical Shop drawings (Central HVAC; Plumbing; Water
supply firefighting system) for the Main Contractor: Al Mobty CO. for
Contracting Riyadh - KSA
* Preparation of Mechanical Shop Drawings for Residential Buildings in Beirut -
Lebanon.
In charge of studies, solutions, material supplies and contractor of vibration,
sound and noise control treatment for numerous residential buildings, offices,
hospitals, theatres, universities, power plants, HVAC equipment, industrial machines…
