Performing initial assessment of tenders received to determine the size and scope of the project
• Sourcing additional information as required from the client
• Providing summary of project to manager, including statement of work (SOW), estimated project size plus
risks and opportunities
• Prepared cost analysis based on the structural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and
labour involved and existing productivity rates and similar tender submissions
• Prepared cost plans to enable design teams to produce design for construction projects, which involve
liaising with engineers and main contractors
• Prepared tenders and documents including bill of quantities.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the clients and main contractors are delivered.
• Monitor commercial information in relation to project including labour and material cost forecasting thus
ensuring budgets adhere to.
• Preparing technical-commercial proposals in coordination with the technical department and the
Commercial Manager and to implement any design optimisation or value engineering
• Monitoring changes to designs, assessing effects on cost, and measuring, valuing variations to designs.
• Liaising with and attend site meetings with clients and contractors during the execution of the project and
determine all necessary requirements to get material approval submitted to the client
• Preparing proposed methodology (in collaboration with BD & Operations) and proposing construction
program and all other relevant documentation necessary for the tender submission
• Assisting the Design and Operations team in providing documents needed for the progress of project
• Performing timely project follow-up after the submission of tenders and associated record keeping
determining current status of projects, including liaison with colleagues to ensure comprehensive and
accurate information is maintained

• Preparing Material submittal, Prequalification Document, Method Statement and Compliance Statement in
accordance with contract specifications and client requirements.
• Able to work well within a team-based environment.
• Complying with and improving Quality Assurance procedures related to tendering for work and tender
review as well as ensuring Data Control Quality Assurance procedures are completed in accordance with the
Quality Manual
• Securing projects with good quality and competitively priced tender document
• Ensuring safety, health, quality, and environmental measure met its requirement at all time
• Checking and verifying construction subcontractor billable quantities in accordance with subcontract terms,
conditions, plan and specification
• Attending and managing handover meeting with construction personnel including the preparation of
handover documents
• Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final cost and sales.

To review tender documents (design drawings, bill of quantities and project specifications) to
estimate total costs including estimating project duration, designating manpower, equipment and
transportation for materials and other unforeseen costs for particular projects.
• To prepare technical-commercial proposals in coordination with the technical department and the
Commercial Manager and to implement any design optimisation or value engineering.
• Analysing structural drawings for bridge expansion joints to accommodate structural movement
between two structures due to creep and shrinkage effects and deformation under live load in line
with specifications
• Estimating total costs and preparing detailed cost plans and estimates as tools to assist in
budgetary control
• Preparing preliminary design for bridge bearings in line with Bridge bearings schedule and project
specifications

RESPONSIBILITEIS:
 Supervised on the fabrication, supply and delivery of PC/PS Square Pile and Sheet Piles, Precast Slab, Pre-stressed Beams, Columns, Post Tensioning of AASHTO Girders (Type III, Type IV-B, Type V, Type VI) and Precast Elements.
 Organizing and directing site labour and delivery of construction materials, plant and equipment and establishing detailed programs for the coordination of site activities.
 Monitor of Casting Bed Preparation and Pouring of Pre-Stressed Foundation Piles, Pre-cast and Post-Tensioned Girder.
 Supervised and Monitor during stressing of Pre-Stressed Foundation Piles and Post Tensioned Girders.
 Record Daily actual accomplishment
 Preparing documents for billing
 Took responsibility to complete the project in time and with quality.
 Ability to liaise effective with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant government authorities to achieve delivery objectives.
