Give the best available offer or negotiate with other tour operators to get the best offer
Act like a tour guide, inform them about things they can do while on vacation
Always keep in contact with the clients if they are doing great while on tours
My course is Information Management with major in Business Administration. It tackles basically about Business Planning, Administering with basic knowledge on IT Programming and the like.
