Job Responsibility:
• Primary responsibility to manage and control all documents related to FTTx Program with specific tracking control system for review and archiving, actively coordinating with HR, Procurement, IT, Finance, Fleet for issues or requests related to FTTx program.
• Responsible for maintaining and preserving e-copies & hard copies of Company's Safety & Quality Guidelines, Specifications and Standard Procedures, OSP Permits issued from Riyadh Municipalities, and all Departments Forms used officially for business, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports, and all documents related to the program.
• Responsible for extracting all Work Order Plans & BOQs from STC systems.
• Responsible for issuing Warning Letters to our OSP Supervisors and Inspectors and Sub Contractors for non-adhering STC Safety Guidelines, Quality Procedures and STC Standard Specifications and submit Summary Reports to STC Head office for penalty evaluation.
• Responsible for collecting hard copies and secure e-copies of all documents specifically Permits, Coordination Certificates, Flimsy for Invoicing, WO Site Handover, Safety/Site Discrepancy Report, Transmittals, Internal/External Correspondence, Warning Letters, Final Acceptance Report, Outstanding Item List, Certificates of Completion, Invoicing Report etc.
• Responsible for Materials request, Storekeeping, Inventory of Office supplies and other devices issuance used for OSP Inspection.
• Performed other duties as assigned.
