• Determine stowage requirements for all in-flight products, by working closely with the Route Catering and Product Development teams to plan for the secure storage of items on board, and ensuring galley space is balanced against the needs of the service and commercial requirements. Ensuring efficiency of packing and loading while working within strict safety standards
• Design and ongoing management of standardized aircraft galley and packing plans for regular and charter flights, aircraft types and configurations. Driving operational efficiencies to reduce complexity for equipment logistics and achieve optimal balancing of equipment flow between catering stations
• Defining and implementing the equipment strategy, ensuring efficient working practices and continuous improvement are followed
• Manage quality control of information, charts, instructions and documents to ensure standards required, are maintained. Govern communication within Catering, to efficiently convey changes to operational requirements to all service providers across the network, by publishing Catering Updates
• Responsible for the safety and compliance of inflight equipment product, closely liaising with internal stakeholders regarding product development and projects
• Manage and publish aircraft catering and cabin dressing pantry codes to flight operations teams
• Meet and greet members to ensure they are made to feel welcome. Escort VIP's and prospective members around the property to support the Sales and Marketing teams
• Ensure that guests to 'The Club' are charged relevant guest entry fees. Assist the cashier with invoicing
• Manage the team in the absence of the Lobby Manager, by assisting with any concerns raised by members, which required intervention
• Train and observe new joiners, and assist with their on boarding so that they are adept at providing a high level of service to members
