Building up relationships with new clients. In regards to personal finances and setting up a meeting with them with the Senior Manager. Building up relationships with existing client and keeping in touch with setting up contracts and proposals and all daily inquiries and reviews with them.
Performs general clerical functions such as handlings calls, filling documents, email customers, following up inquiries. Negotiating Clients for Incoming & Outgoing Enquiries.
Assists in maintaining the files and records management system to ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinating meetings, events and schedule arrangements, which involved; networking, prospecting, and production of client reports. Responsible for any discrepancy, escalations, client services related issues and maintained the client accounts.
Managed all the administrative processes, including processing of new business, servicing and claims.
Presently Working in Hutchison 3 Global Services as Customer Service Advisor from Feb 2011 Till June2012
