1. Responsible for OCC Flight Daily Reports in daily operations.
2. Monitoring OCC-Rostering-Navigation training expiries, flight dispatcher license, DGCA and Jazeera Company ID's.

Job Responsibilities :
- Maintains administrative workflow by studying. Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned programs; recommend and administer policies and procedures.

• To monitor all flights movements and make sure all flights attended on time by the staff allocated. A point of contact for all internal, external, and inter-department matters. Collects records and disseminate updated information, data and document.
• To monitor all the incoming and outgoing DGR cargo, perishable cargo, AVI, POS mail, and different kinds of cargo’s for the incoming and outgoing flights.
• Attending to all calls from VHF, Radio, Telephone etc, record the message and inform to the person concerned. Monitor flight movements/bay changes with the help of FIDS and the information from MCC, Update flight information board and disseminate to staff.
• Monitor telex, fax messages, e-mails and prepare flight briefing, message file with all the documents relevant to the flight. Prepare GD, Send flight movements, and prepare flight files.
• Coordinate with ATS for the collection and delivery of flight documents like weather chart and flight plan etc. Ensure of time delivery of NOTAM and flight plans on board by coordinating with the staff concerned.
• Coordinate with MEET AND ASSIST SERVICE; arrange transport for VIP crew. Coordinate with the Dispatcher, Ramp Supervisor, Equipment Supervisor and all other staff concerned for the smooth operations.
• Coordinate with other various sections of Airport Operations such as Movement Control Center, Passenger Services, Engineering Department, Line Maintenance Department, Baggage Belt Technician, Fueled, Catering, Airport Hotel and Cargo Departments to ensure the on time completion of Ramp Services.
