•Security Administration.
•Production linked issues such as optimization of scrap metal sorting process.
•Administration of Facility, Welfare (Canteen / Medical) & Housing Facilities.
•Management of Compensation & Benefits.
•Training Construction & delivery.
•Development of CSO & HR & Administration Manual.
