- Coordinate with hiring managers for their recruitment requirements per job description and specification.
- Perform the complete cycle of recruitment
- Negotiates with various recruitment agencies and prepares agreements per the company and the government requirements.
- Monitor and follow through any visa concerns and applications to the PR Department
- Coordinates with the PR department on matters to resolve visa and sponsorship restraints encountered by the candidates
- Arrange ticket & hotel/accommodation for new joiners
- Perform orientation for new joiners and gather all pertinent documents per their employment within the company
- In charge of the new employees’ RP (residence permit) formalities in coordination with PRO and resolve any restraints during the process per company & government policy

- Monitor and coordinate with managers regarding the new employees’ performance during the probationary period.
- Deal with the onboarding formalities (orientation, onboarding documents, email creation, oracle profile creation).
- Deal with the offboarding formalities (prepare and render termination letters, assist in the resignation formalities, conduct exit interviews, oracle profile termination, & email deletion).
- Circulate emails such as welcome letters of new employees, internal memos, & promotions/invites to employees.
- Prepare and render warning letters to employees as per reports submitted by their managers/supervisors.
- Coordinates with the PR department on employees’ Residence Permit, Health Cards, Health Certificates, & sponsorship change. And, resolves any restraints during the process per company & government policy.
- Deal and act on employees’ inquiries regarding HR matters.
- Maintain relevant employee data in the Oracle HCM Fusion system
- Check leave applications and prepare ticket booking, salary certificates, and other HR forms in the absence of the person in charge.
- Prepare reports and perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the manager.
Prepare, amend and check designs and proof read medicine box, labels &
medicine insert in compliance to government’s guidelines for initial and renewal
applications.
* Assist in tracking demands of medicines in the market.
* Monitor purchases, inventory of medicine boxes, labels & inserts, and
coordinate with the printing companies for deliver schedule.
* Audit printers’ capacity for the company’s requirements (punctuality, quality,
quantity)
