• Type internal memorandum.
• Designs various certificate, flyers, covers and invitations.
• Answers and takes down messages of various official calls.
• Performs filing of various office files.
• Assist in fixing computer and technical problems
• Assists on various works requested by the guests to include photo copying and transmitting fax

• Teaching such assigned classes as deemed appropriate by the management of the Institute
• Carrying out assessment, monitoring and providing an academic and consultative support to students in their learning activities
