• Processed a range of construction documentation and entered information into database.
• Report to the Project/QA&QC Manager/General Manager.
• Ensure that all controlled quality documents related to the projects are maintained to the latest issue and that these documents are made available at all locations where operations essentials to the effective functioning of the Quality Management System are performed.
• Ensure that all obsolete shall be withdrawn and stamped/mark superseded if retained for record purposes.
• Maintain project drawing/documents distribution record control and maintain the system for issuance recording/filing, tracking, retrieval of documents for review and approval.
• Prepare all documents based on the quality procedures for internal & external audit.
• Submitting technical document for information, review and approval.
• Receiving technical documents/correspondence from management, subcontractors, vendors and client.
• Transmittal of drawings, quality procedure, and related documentation to the concern contractors, departments, vendors, and client.
• Well aware of all types of documents like ITP, checklist, RFI, method statements, nonconformance report, technical queries, inspection assignment package.
• Verify that only latest revision drawings, submittals, etc. are distributed to all location and involved parties concerned including subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Doing close follow-up for pending incoming & outgoing correspondence that required responses.
• Preparing and updating various Logs & Registers.
• Trained, coached, and supervised new staff members.
• Maintain files and record so they remain updated and accessible.
• Utilized office appliances (printers, photocopiers, etc.) and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation, etc.
• Sorting, filing (Hard & Soft) copies and distribute incoming communication to the concerned individuals or groups.
• Generating journals of the weekly local legislator’s meeting/session prior to the fabrication of Minutes of Meeting.
• Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events.
• Assist in office management and organization procedures.
• Performed other office duties as assigned.
• Guide the local legislators for their weekly and monthly reports.
