my job is to assist all the engineers and the administrator, file all the documents/drawings distribute papers to the concern person copying, scanning sending emails and taking the daily attendance of all the employee.
My job tittle is office boy but i work as a filling clerk, & as a store keeper. And i do assist the secretary, technical assistant, document controler as part of my job. For 6 years i gained a lot of experience here in my work site.
maintain the cleanliness of the office, filling all documents, sorting and distribute letters to the concern engineers, assist the secretary and engineers for some technical jobs and i work also as a messenger.
