1. As culinary employees of P.F. Chang's share the responsibility of maintaining our kitchens, dish rooms, storage areas and docks using all approved safety and sanitation procedures.

Perform station set-up, restocking and breakdown to ensure smooth operational flow.
5. Have full knowledge of all menus being offered in the respective kitchen at any one time. Work in various cross-functional areas as operationally necessary.
6. As a PREP Cook is responsible for the cutting of large amount of protein and vegetables in quick repetitive style and specification. Understanding and executing marinades base on company standards.
7. As a WOK Cook is responsible for almost all of the entrees served in our dining room and cook individual dishes, making of all the sauces needed in the line and work with specialized cooking equipments. Our homemade soups are also made on our Wok Line.
8. Perform any other duties as required by the Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef from time to time.
9. As a Meat and Veggie. Prep. Trainer I ensure the high quality and specs. Of all the products.
