1. Conduct Company Induction Program to newly hired employees of Sharaf DG.
2. Manage the SOP or Standard Operating Procedure of HR training department and make sure that this SOP is being followed by each member of the department. Working closely with the head of training for the successful implementation of SOP’s.
3. Design and develop specific soft-skills training module in line with overall retail store business objective.
4. Design and develop product training module for home appliances that include major domestic and small domestic range.
5. Create and conduct regular product and sales training program to all Sales Executive of Sharaf DG across UAE.
6. Conduct Product training to U.A.E nationals.
7. Conduct video conference training to Qatar, Oman and Bahrain sales staff.
8. Communicate supplier training for specific brand and products of home appliances.
9. Conduct store visit and spot training to on-duty sales staff.
10. Conduct product knowledge assessment test to all sales executive upon deployment to store.
11. Monitor and maintain store staff customer service expertise by means of providing the right product to the right market.
Product and Sales Trainer:
1. Provide product and sales skills training programs for existing and new department members.
2. Design and develop specific Training Programs in line with the overall business strategy and manage the delivery of these programs.
3. Coordinate with the business group heads for providing training to the employees.
4. Train major dealer sales staff across U.A.E (such as Sharaf DG, EMAX, Carrefour, Plug-ins, Jackys, LULU Hyper etc.)
5. Train major dealer in GCC (such as Oman, Qatar and Bahrain).
6. Prepare training materials, test and assess delegates as per internal requirements.
7. Evaluate and improvise internal training programs and bring about benefit to the training role.
8. Create training needs and feedback analysis.
9. Collate and analyze post training report.
10. Collate, analyze and identify Training Needs on the basis of the
a. Post-Measurement Exercise measuring training effectiveness.
11. Inform management of training program status.
12. Direct Reporting to Business Group Head and Deputy General Manager.
Product Management/Marketing Executive:
1. Provide Market sense report which includes competitor’s price competition, new product release, promotion and comparison.
2. Create Product Bulletin for all new released products and send it to entire Sales Team. This can be used for all local dealers such as Carrefour, Sharaf DG, Plug-ins, EMAX, Lulu Hyper etc.
3. Manage the release of product catalogue for all season.
4. Involve in all Sales related activities such as creating a Sales Guide for all the products and displaying of product POPs in all levels.
5. Regular visit to market and check merchandiser’s activities in the selling area.
6. Responsible in preparing product presentation of the Business Group Head in any product launching.
7. Support function to International Business Division Manager who takes care GCC market such as Qatar, Bahrain, Oman etc.
1. Orient frontliners, dealers and sub-dealers on the company’s information, competitive advantages and products.
2. Provide extensive information on new and existing Samsung Mobile phones.
3. Equip frontliners, dealers and sub-dealers the appropriate Selling skills to help them sell Samsung Mobile phones.
4. Support to Sales and Marketing Department.
5. Market sensing which includes reports on competitors’ price movement and new product release.
6. Provide report on General Sales Situation, Stock shortage, Market and Consumer trend.
7. Provide Merchandising control report through system.
