Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Offer design solutions for planned retail and/or hospitality shops within malls, department stores, floor levels and even commercial buildings.
2. Production of the diagrams, plans, elevations, details, tables, schedules etc. necessary during design up until construction of shops.
3. Conduct site surveys to collect information vital in producing pre-design references.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Serves as one of the architects who are tasked to both acquire and provide information for the design team regarding theoretical and technical solutions to finalize the architectural proposal during the conceptualization stage of the project.
2. Involves in the formulation and production of the needed documents i.e. drawings, schemes, diagrams, schedules, reports, replies to Request for Information (RFI) etc. which elucidates data to the concerned offices regarding the overall design concept.
3. Serves as one of the main representatives of the office assigned to coordinate with the clients, building administrators, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
4. Engaged in site work to tend to any uncertainties and issues raised up by different parties involved in the project by performing inspections to identify discrepancies between official documents and actual conditions where in answers are then made available through formal assessments and reports which comprises of architectural design aspects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Involved in conceptualization and production of Architectural AutoCAD presentations of detail design and construction drawings for structures and related facilities i.e. roads, landscape etc. of the proposed projects including coordination with other disciplines and associated departments (internal and external).

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Make Architectural detail presentations of materials, installations and fabrications both in 2D and 3D formats for endorsement of design and for construction purposes.
2. Carry out actual site inspections of existing structures. Provide condition survey reports and drawings. Assist in designing proposals for renovations and improvements.
3. Make drawings necessary for the tender and construction phase of the project.
4. Design General Arrangement plans and detailed floor layouts.
5. Formulate for the CAD team an Architectural Presentation Scheme which includes a library of Dynamic Blocks, General Symbols, Layer Names, Line Types, Texts and Dimension Styles.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Make detailed Architectural and MEP presentations of material connections and fabrications both in 2D and 3D formats for endorsement of design and for construction purposes including coordination with related departments.
2. Provide Detailed Estimations for Plumbing and Sanitary works for purchasing purposes through scheduled presentations of materials breakdown and descriptions, quantifications and unit designations per project package numbers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordination with various Company Departments regarding proposal on Mall improvements.
2. Coordination with the Engineering Department for consultation and design on various utility services necessary and relevant to the proposed project.
3. Preparation of Architectural drawing presentations, details and documents for proposed malls, mall restorations and development works.
4. Drawing presentation, coordination and recommendation to the Mall Architect corrective actions and approval for a proposed project.
5. Preparation of Bid Documents, schedule of bidding, coordination with prospective contractors, presentation of Bid Summary for approval.
6. Coordination and Supervision of the construction of the proposed project and inspection for final acceptance.
7. Coordination with mall tenants, tenant’s designer and contractors regarding proposed construction of shops, improvements and/or renovations in connection with the Mall Architectural Design Standards.
8. Checking and approval of tenant’s Architectural and Utility Design and Working plans.
9. Inspection and supervision of proposed tenant shops construction to ensure uniformity with the Mall Architectural Design Standards.
10. Acceptance of tenant’s construction of the shops for clearance to operate.
