Post of responsibilities:
 Executing the project starting from award of contract to handing over to client.
 Project first point of contact with client for all types of communication
 Arrange and attend the Weekly and monthly progress review meeting with client and internal
management.
 Review all ITB document to assess feasibility of construction, identify any potential areas of difficulty
and highlight any variations required in the construction.
 Perform the risk analysis and mitigation plan.
 Prepare, review and get approval from client on Change request.
 Project planning process and create a schedule, which is in line with the project requirements including
establishing the sequence and duration of activities.
 Prepare and coordinate mobilization plan, Resource Plan (Resource Histogram) and Subcontractor
Plan.
 Ensure project scope, schedule, and cost are clearly defined, closely coordinated, consistently
monitored and controlled throughout the project cycle.
 Managing the Day to Day activities with Engineers, Supervisor and subcontractors to ensure the daily
target to be achieved as per plan. Take immediate action to resolve any site constrains.
 Manage and coordinate with QC department to complete the inspection activities.
 Facilitate team meetings and interactions promoting excellent communication with all team members
and teamwork spirit
 Review Engineering drawings, documents and deliverables relating to area of functional responsibility
to assess constructability and consistency with contract requirements.
 Prepare the RFI/TQ’s (Request for information/technical query) for techno commercial clarification to
client for approval.
 Prepare and issue purchase requests for materials and consumables.
 Coordinate all project related activities with other departments to ensure effective integration of tasks
and minimize potential delays.
 Participate in the finalization of work to be outsourced to sub-contractors including bid evaluation and
terms of contract.
 Prepare the recovery plan to cover all the delays and maintain the project schedule as per plan.
 Prepare the change management and get it approved from client. Implement the approved change
request.
 Ensure the availability of necessary resources for the smooth execution of the project.
 Follow up with clients on approvals and instructions, attend client meetings and liaise with client on all
issues of the project deliverables.
 Participate in the preparation of all final documentation during the closure of the project.
 Monitor Construction progress and review look ahead schedules for any anticipated constrains cutting
short the schedule delays by skillfully managing the work front with hassle free interfacing between
different activities.
 Assure that as-built drawings and other Project documents are updated after mechanical completion
like P&ID’s, Isometric drawings, QC Dossier, Equipment manuals and lessons learned
