Responsibilities
• Developing loan applications by evaluating applicant information and documentation
• Propose appropriate solutions and document all processes for underwriting transactions and prepare appropriate updates for credit history.
• Making sales of loan packages through proactively soliciting for credit history.
• Updating account records for reviewing loan files
• Analyze active loan files on regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process
• Interview applicants to define their financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans.
• Submit loan applications on timely basis.
