I started working with Mountain Partnership Solicitors and Estate Agency as a Letting Assistant, after four (4) months of working as a Letting consultant I was contracted to become a sales executive. I worked closely with the manager during my first two (2) months, which gave me great opportunity to learn from an expert in the field. During my period with the Agency I was acquitted with the following functions: ➢ Taking prospective buyers to inspect properties. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listing services.
➢ Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, when details of transactions need to be negotiated, generally representing one or the other.
➢ Estimating the current market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price list for sellers and arrange for the listing of concerned properties. Assessing buyer's needs and locate properties for their consideration.
➢ Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients, and briefing the manager promptly on any significant issues arising from those contracts.

I was first employed on a temporary contract basis during a "SALES" period; hence I was retained after the sales due to my high level of competence, drive and passion and my ability of always completing task within a given time thereby surpassing my manager's expectations. Since then I played vital roles like being appointed to lead a team of great enthusiastic individuals, and reaching top targets when tasks were assigned.
For two (2) consecutive years, I was the highest employee in the whole region for getting and introducing customers to directory shopping with NEXT Directory, I was awarded incentives for surpassing targets. My customer service experience since then has relatively elevated, and now I can proudly say I am very good at dealing with customers of any temperament.
